All the questions are all positioned positively and cover both emotional and functional aspects of mental wellbeing, creating an average score that supports organisations looking to improve general mental wellbeing.
The 35 question survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and measures five major response categories, helping us determine a single score for the entire company.
