About the event

Jo Jewell is a UK trained counsellor, Mindfulness Teacher and Parenting coach. She supports indivdiuals and families to recognise their automatic reactions and thoughts about themselves and their families and provide a safe space to shift from reaction to response using the practice of mindfulness and compassionate awareness. She has worked both in the UK and UAE over the last 15 years and currently offer workshops, individual and couples sessions online.
